FAQ

Our order list fills up quite quickly. In order to secure our service and ensure your complete satisfaction, please send us your service agreement as soon as possible upon receiving our quote. We will then be able to confirm our availability to you.

For groups of 80 guests or less (subject to feasibility):

  • You must confirm your order and make any final changes up to 4 business days before your event.
  • After this deadline, a “last-minute” fee of $50 will be charged.
  • You can cancel your order free of charge up to 4 business days before the start of the event. After this deadline, the following fees will apply:
    • 4 business days: 50% of the total order will be charged
    • Within the last 72 business hours: 75%
    • Within the last 48 business hours: 100%

For groups of 80 to 120 people (subject to feasibility):

  • You must confirm your order and make any final changes up to 1 week before your event.
  • After this deadline, a “last-minute” fee of $50 will be charged.
  • You can cancel your order free of charge up to 1 week before the start of the event. After this deadline, the following fees will apply:
    • 1 week before: 50% of the total order will be charged
    • Between 7 days and 3 days: 75%
    • Within the last 72 business hours: 100%

For groups of 120 people or more (subject to feasibility):

  • You must confirm your order and make any final changes up to 2 weeks before your event.
  • After this deadline, a “last-minute” fee of $50 will be charged.
  • The decrease in the number of guests without charge is limited to 20% of the initial group. Beyond this 20% difference, the cancellation fees below will apply for the number of guests cancelled. For an increase, the maximum number of guests is available upon request.
  • You can cancel your order free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the event. After this deadline, the following fees will apply:
    • 2 weeks before: 50% of the total order will be charged
    • 1 week: 75%
    • Within the last 72 business hours: 100%

Delivery

  • Weekdays between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.: $55
  • Weekdays before 9:30 a.m. and after 5 p.m.: $130
  • Weekends: $130

Please always allow for an additional delay of approximately 15 minutes from the requested delivery time, due to traffic conditions.

Pickup, if applicable (service trays and/or real tableware)

  • Weekdays between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.: $55
  • Weekdays before 9:30 a.m. and after 5 p.m.: $130
  • Weekends: $130

These fees may be subject to change depending on the delivery address, quantity, or during a special day, in which case you will be notified.

As we are a charity organization, we do not charge taxes.

You must review your order with the delivery driver upon receipt and let them know if there are any missing items.  

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept item returns or exchanges. 

 

Yes! Resto Plateau Catering has an alcohol permit and can supply it for your event, provided that you purchase alcoholic beverages from us. For more information, contact us!

Our organization follows all food safety regulations currently in effect as established by MAPAQ. 

Our delivery trucks are refrigerated.

We encourage you to make the eco-friendly choice and to rent your dishware!

We are always happy to provide more information on pricing and availability for our “real” and/or “disposable” items. We can also help you with any other needs you may have in terms of equipment or materials.

As an organization, we centre the environment in our reflections and actions. Our packaging was selected following a comparative analysis to ensure that it could be appropriately processed by the existing waste-treatment infrastructure in Greater Montréal.

Yes, we can provide you with servers for your events. We will estimate the required number of staff based on the service mandate and number of guests.

4-hour minimum. Any additional time will be rounded up to the next hour.

Rate: $50/hr.

Resto Plateau shows its support for nonprofit organizations with social, environmental or cultural missions through a 10% discount on food and drinks.

Yes, we also deliver to the South Shore, including Brossard, Boucherville, Longueuil, Saint-Hubert, Saint-Lambert, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Sainte-Julie, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, and more.
