FAQ

Our order list fills up quite quickly. To ensure your full satisfaction and reserve our services, please provide us with your interim agreement as soon as possible following receipt of our estimate, at which point we will be able to confirm our availability.

Your order must be confirmed at least 72 working hours prior to the start of your event, without exceptions.

For events of 80 people or more, we require a minimum confirmation deadline of 7 working days. 

In situations where it is possible to accommodate an order that does not respect this deadline, an additional fee of $30 will be applied.

Pending availability and feasibility, you can make 1 free change to your order up to 72 working hours prior to your delivery date, and up to 7 working days for groups of 80 or more.

Any additional changes made beyond these deadlines will be subject to a $30 fee.

This policy applies in all cases, including those related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

You can cancel your order without any additional fees up to 4 working days prior to your service date. After this deadline has passed, the following fees apply:

  • 4 days: 40% of the order total will be billed
  • 3 days (72 hours): 60%
  • 2 days (48 hours): 80%
  • 1 day (24 hours): 100%

This policy applies in all cases, including those related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: $40
  • Weekdays before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m.: $50
  • Weekends: $75 

These fees are subject to change based on the delivery address, order quantity or holidays, in which case you will be informed.

A return fee of $20 is required to guarantee the return of our serving trays and dishware.

We appreciate your planning for a 15-minute buffer period prior to or following the exact delivery time, as traffic may vary.

As we are a charity organization, we do not charge taxes.

You must review your order with the delivery driver upon receipt and let them know if there are any missing items.  

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept item returns or exchanges. 

 

Our organization follows all food safety regulations currently in effect as established by MAPAQ. 

Our delivery trucks are refrigerated.

We encourage you to make the eco-friendly choice and to rent your dishware!

We are always happy to provide more information on pricing and availability for our “real” and/or “disposable” items. We can also help you with any other needs you may have in terms of equipment or materials.

As an organization, we centre the environment in our reflections and actions. Our packaging was selected following a comparative analysis to ensure that it could be appropriately processed by the existing waste-treatment infrastructure in Greater Montréal.

Yes, we can provide you with servers for your events. We will estimate the required number of staff based on the service mandate and number of guests.

4-hour minimum. Any additional time will be rounded up to the next hour.

Rate: $50/hr.

Resto Plateau shows its support for nonprofit organizations with social, environmental or cultural missions through a 10% discount on food and drinks.
