Space Rental

In the interest of ensuring your full satisfaction, we recommend that you confirm your reservation at least 30 days prior the date of your event.

You can make 1 free change to your booking up to 15 business days before the start of the rental period, provided it is possible.

In situations where it is possible to accommodate a change that does not respect this deadline, an additional fee of $100 will be applied.

An administrative cancellation fee of 100$ is due at all times.

You can cancel your rental free of charge (except for the $100 mentioned) up to 90 days before the start of the rental. Once this period has passed, the following charges will apply :

• 15% of the total amount of the contract between 89 and 60 days ;
• 30% of the total amount of the contract between 59 and 15 days ;
• 100% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation occurs within the last 14 days before the start of the rental.

As a charity organization, we do not charge taxes.

No, food safety and regulations as dictated by MAPAQ restrict who may access our kitchens. Only individuals affiliated with Resto Plateau are permitted in the kitchens.

While we unfortunately do not have dedicated client parking spaces at Resto Plateau, street parking is available nearby. Please observe all municipal parking regulations. It may, however, be possible for us to provide up to 5 parking spaces for an additional rental fee. Please contact us if you are interested in these parking spaces.

While we do not have a dedicated lot, it is possible to unload a car near the door to our space.

Yes! The space comes equipped with audiovisual and other materials. For more details and technical information, please consult our space rental guide.

If your event includes on-site dining or food services, only our catering service may be used. Catering service orders must be placed at least 72 working hours before your rental start date. Hosting your event with Resto Plateau means becoming a part of our social mission!

Should you require it, our catering service can include the following elements: serving staff (head waiter, servers, kitchen staff), environmentally conscious reusable tableware and any related materials.

The space includes a water fountain which you can access throughout the event.

Other beverages must be provided by our catering service.

Yes, the space has a liquor licence. Please visit our catering service’s website for any related questions.

Only alcohol provided by our catering service may be consumed in the rental space.

The space, including our washrooms, is accessible to people who use mobility aids.

The only area that is not accessible to people who use mobility aids is the stage.

For events held during the week, the space is available for events starting at 4:00 p.m. Access to the space for logistical, preparatory or installation purposes can be granted as of 3:00 p.m.

During weekends, our space is available during the day and throughout the evening.

Out of respect for our neighbours, your event must be over by 11:00 p.m., barring exceptional circumstances.

Our space is used for the operations of our community restaurant, which is open Monday-Friday for lunch. Hosting your event with Resto Plateau means becoming a part of our social mission!
